Salted Caramel Latte

ingredients
2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong coffee)
1 cup steamed milk
2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus more for drizzle)
2 tsp Himalayan sea salt (dark pink), coarse grain*

whipped cream, for topping
sprinkle Himalayan sea salt (dark pink), fine grain, *alt salt for recipe
directions

  • First, brew your espresso or strong coffee and set to the side.

  • In a small sauce pan, heat the milk to your desired temperature. Once warmed, add in the espresso and lightly mix together.

  • In a small bowl, add the Himalayan sea salt and the caramel sauce together. Stir until combined, then pour the caramel sauce into the hot milk mixture and mix.

  • Add your salted caramel latte to a mug and, if you'd like, top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce! Enjoy :)
