a little bit about the recipe
Coconut Ladoos are delicious Indian sweet treats usually made around Holi festival. The desiccated coconut is mixed with almond flour, milk powder, milk, ghee, condensed milk and cooked to a thick consistency. The coconut almond mix is then flavored with cardamom powder and rolled into small bite size balls. The coconut ladoos are topped with pistachio pieces and rose petals to give a elegant look.
