Mercado Citrus Adobo was inspired by the bright, vibrant flavors found in Mexican mercados, where dried chiles, fresh citrus, and vibrant fruit are always part of the experience. I wanted to create a blend that captures the flavor of a fresh chile-lime marinade while still being versatile enough for everyday cooking. Built with guajillo and ancho chiles, lime, mango, and warm spices, this blend brings brightness, depth, and a subtle tangy finish to tacos, grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, and even fresh fruit.

• Mix with oil and fresh lime juice for a quick taco marinade
