20 pita crackers

Give everybody's favorite egg salad recipe a spin by turning it into a fancy appetizer!

  • Hard boil the eggs (12-15 min) and let them cool off completely, then chop them up. Dice the ham and chop up fresh dill.

  • Place in a bowl along with the mustard, mayo, salt and pepper and paprika - all to taste and mix well.

  • Spoon the egg salad over the pita crackers and sprinkle with additional paprika. Garnish with fresh chives.
