A chewy sugar cookie bar bursting with holiday flavors of eggnog, white chocolate and cranberry.

- Preheat oven to 350 & line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy- about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the egg, eggnog, and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, and beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until the flour is just mixed in. 6. Press the cookie dough into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.)
- Allow to cool completely before frosting.
To make the frosting:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well until combined. If necessary or desired, add more/ less powdered sugar to thicken/ reduce consistency
