Coming Soon!* Inspired by slow dinners and warm kitchens, Golden Hour Spice Blend is a bright, aromatic spice blend built around coriander, fennel, citrus, and gentle warming spices. • Stir into soups, stews, and broths
  • Add to yogurt marinades and dressings
  • Toss with roasted vegetables
  • Mix into breadcrumbs or nut coatings
  • Season grains, beans, and legumes
  • Tips:
  • For soups: Bloom the spice blend with onions, garlic, or other aromatics in olive oil before adding liquid to deepen the flavour.
  • For breading: Mix directly into breadcrumbs, crushed nuts, or flour before coating your protein.
  • For proteins: Combine with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon or orange juice (or yogurt for chicken) to create a simple marinade before roasting or grilling.
  • For vegetables: Toss with olive oil before roasting to allow the spices to toast and caramelize.
