If you're looking for the perfect side dish to serve with your spring and summer meals, this lemon pepper roasted asparagus is for you! It's light, easy to make, and super addicting.

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and drizzle a 1 TBSP olive oil on a baking sheet.

  • Wash, trim, and dry the asparagus. Place them on the lightly oiled baking sheet, followed by the lemon pepper blend and one 1 TBSP of olive oil.

  • Toss together until each piece of asparagus is coated and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and add some freshly grated parmesan cheese to the asparagus.

  • Broil on high for 2-3 minutes, then remove and enjoy with some fresh lemon wedges. Enjoy!
