- Add all of the chopped fruit into a large bowl followed by the lime juice, cilantro, and mesa verde citrus seasoning. Toss gently to combine.
- Let the fruit salad sit in the fridge for up to 30 minutes to soak in all of the flavor.
- Serve with fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, additional cilantro, or more mesa verde citrus seasoning and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Try to avoid using frozen fruit as they'll be quite mushy after sitting in the fridge for a day or two!
