Mesa Verde Citrus Fruit Salad

1 honeydew melon, diced

4-5 kiwi, diced
Juice from 2 limes, about 4 TBSP
2 tsp mesa verde citrus seasoning

If you're a fan of fruit salad in the summer months, you're going to LOVE this Mesa Verde Citrus fruit salad! It's sweet, packs a little bit of heat, and is easily customizable.

  • Add all of the chopped fruit into a large bowl followed by the lime juice, cilantro, and mesa verde citrus seasoning. Toss gently to combine.

  • Let the fruit salad sit in the fridge for up to 30 minutes to soak in all of the flavor.

  • Serve with fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, additional cilantro, or more mesa verde citrus seasoning and enjoy!
