Make pumpkin pie spice:
Gently whisk together spice ingredients, reserve some mixed pumpkin pie spice for garnish.

Make cocktail:
Combine ice, vodka, half and half, Kahlua and pumpkin pie spice in a cocktail shaker; shake well. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice for garnish.
tips
For added flavor and elegance, dust the rim of the glass with a combination of crushed graham crackers, pumpkin pie spice and sugar before filling.
