Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall cocktail glass and enjoy!
Contrary to popular belief, it is not essential to blend this drink – a shaker filled with ice will do the job, the drink just won’t be as frothy or frosty.
To make the drink kid-friendly or for someone sensitive to alcohol, simply omit the rum.

Ground turmeric will impart your dish with a vibrant yellow hue; it will also imbue a mild earthy-sweet flavor with a slight edge of pepperiness. Famously found in curry spice blends.
