WIRE COOLING RACK
- Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.
- If starting with whole wings, cut into three pieces at the bone - discard the tips.
- Place the chicken in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add a generous amount of the Dill-icious Ranch Seasoning and the corn starch and baking powder. Pour in a splash of olive oil and mix well until the wings are fully coated in the spices. Place a wire cooling rack inside a cookie sheet. Arrange the wings on top leaving some space in between. Gently spray with additional olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning them over half way through, until they reach internal temperature of at least 165F.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare ranch for dipping - whisk together 2-3 tbsp of Dill-icious Ranch Seasoning with 1/2 milk and 1/2 cup of mayo. Adjust the milk and mayo as needed until the desired thickness is reached.
