SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
HANDHELD MIXER
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl with a handheld mixer, cream together the sugars and butter until thoroughly combined. Mix in the egg. Sift together the flour, cacao powder, baking soda, salt and spice blend. Add the dry ingredients to the dough and mix until almost combined. Add in the chocolate chips and mix until a smooth cookie dough forms.
Divide the dough into 12 cookie dough balls. Roll and place on a couple of parchment lined sheet pans. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and top each cookie with a few more chocolate chips. Let cool and enjoy!

A few of my favorite ways to use the Cinnasational Spice Blend:
• Swap out the cinnamon for this blend in your next batch snickerdoodles
• Spice up your favorite banana bread by adding 1 ½ teaspoons to recipe
• Add a couple of teaspoons to your next summer crisp or cobbler
Tips:
Whisk this blend in with the flour and other dry ingredients when adding it to a recipe so it is evenly distributed.
To make a spiced simple syrup, mix it in with the sugar before adding the water so it does not separate.
