These hibiscus smoothie bowls get their vibrant pink hues from a mix of berries and a touch of hibiscus powder. They're perfectly sweet, creamy, and tart with plenty of nourishing toppings that will keep you satisfied until lunch.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
BLENDER
Combine the frozen berries, banana, milk, hibiscus powder, honey, and protein powder in a blender and blend on low until smooth, scraping down the blender occasionally.
Serve into two bowls, and add toppings of choice.*
At first, it will seem the mixture needs more liquid, but continue to scrape down the sides of the blender. As the fruit starts to melt and soften, it will be easier to blend the smoothie. You'll have a thicker smoothie bowl with less liquid.
While you're prepping, place the bowls in a freezer so that they'll keep the smoothie bowls cold when serving.

powder
Hibiscus flower powder is a fine, brightly-hued powder. Its bright magenta color can add a nice visual pop to your foods.
