A home made, melt in your mouth pop tart filled with a mixture of brown and maple cinnamon sugar topped with a maple cinnamon glaze.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
PASTRY CUTTER
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all dry crust ingredients and butter using a pastry cutter until a pea-size crumb consistency has formed.
- Add milk and mix until dough forms, kneading slightly and folding the dough as you mix.
- Roll out the pastry dough and cut 16–20 rectangles (I got 16).
- Mix your filling ingredients, adding about 2 tablespoons to the center of each pop tart.
- Top and seal your pop tarts with the edge of a fork.
- Optional egg wash; bake for 15–20 minutes, allowing to cool completely before topping with glaze.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.
