How to Review
Please visit the
Write Reviews page of your Account section to see a list of products purchased within the last 6 months that you may review.
Some items can't be Reviewed
There are some items that are not eligible to be reviewed. Exclusions includes: free items, single-serve portions, some limited-edition teas, and items that are included in orders marked as a gift. In addition, items that were gifted to you are not eligible.
To ensure accuracy and relevancy of our product reviews, these are limited to people who had recently purchased the product that's being reviewed. Gift recipients are unfortunately not able to post reviews.

Write Reviews, and you'll see an opportunity to update the ratings and text you've entered earlier.
Each product page displays the number of reviews that item had received as well as its cumulative score, represented on a 100-point scale. The figure represents an average of customer reviews on a scale of 1 to 5, multiplied by twenty to magnify differences and make comparison across products easier.
