Hello! My name is Bill Roberts and I am the Cook at Home Dad. I began my cooking journey with one clear goal in mind. To create delicious and nutritious meals for my family and friends on a daily basis. Along that journey I also fell under the intoxicating spell of sourdough bread, which has quickly become one of my favorite love languages. I believe in the power of real food and nutrition but it also has to taste good! Bringing me to my third passion in the kitchen: flavor!
