						- Slice the eggplant into 1/4-inch slices. Lay out on a flat surface and drizzle with olive oil. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Place eggplant on the grill, not overlapping them, Grill on each side for 3-4 minutes.
 
- Serve immediately for the best texture.

						Be consistent with how thick you slice the eggplant so that they cook evenly on the grill.
